Helping Burn Victims Achieve Justice

According to the News Press and related reports, the heavy equipment operator, Mario Santos, who has suffered more then 50% bodily third degree burns remains in critical condition at Tampa General Hospital.

The catastrophic burn injury accident occurred on November 10, when a the burn victim, 26 year old Mario Santos (which some reports identify as a heavy equipment operator for a large contractor; and other reports identify as a gas-line worker), struck a TECO gas line in Fort Myers, Florida.  Striking the gas line caused an explosion which instantly engulfed the earth mover the victim was driving.

The operator suffered catastrophic third degree burns over most of his body and remains in critical condition.
